Hello everyone,

I'm emailing again to ensure that my message was clear and to revise the dates.  We do not have a lifeguard available for the next week. Therefore the pond will be closed as noted below.  I also noted the days it is open to hopefully be more clear.

We will be open for Labor Day weekend as planned which is Sat Sept 4, Sun Sept 5 and Monday Sept 6 from 12-6 pm.  Let's hope for good weather to close our season.

Why Join NPIA?

Membership Includes:

  • Use of Nonesuch Pond – beach is considered very clean
  • Beach has a lifeguard on duty during NPIA hours
  • NPIA beach hours are available 6 days a week including weekends (M/T/W/F 4:30 – 7:00pm, Sat and Sun 12-6)*
  • NPIA members are eligible to send their children for 2 weeks of Rivers Summer Day Camp at a significantly discounted rate. (Specific rules apply – limited seats, camperships assigned each May)
  • Free parking
 

What is NPIA?

The Nonesuch Pond Improvement Association (NPIA) was originally founded to help preserve Nonesuch Pond. The NPIA works with the Rivers School, which is located on the pond, to offer its beach to NPIA members for use during the summer.
